Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 May 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected when you visit this website or join the Rackline School waitlist. We are committed to handling your data transparently and in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for the purposes of the GDPR is:

Operator: Andrei Kamenev (“Rackline School”)
Location: Praha 2, Czech Republic
Contact: pavknsk@gmail.com

Rackline School is a pre-launch educational program. No products are sold and no instruction is delivered through this website at this time; it is used to let interested people join a waitlist for future enrollment.

2. What data we collect

Data you give us. When you join the waitlist, we collect:

  • Your email address.
  • The program you indicated interest in (online theory, or online + apprenticeship).

Data collected automatically. When you submit the form, we also record:

  • Marketing attribution parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, content, term) from the link you arrived through.
  • The referring website, if any.
  • Your browser user-agent string.
  • Your IP address and the country it resolves to.
  • A timestamp of your signup.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

Purpose Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
Contacting you about enrollment, launch dates, and founding-member pricing Your consent — Art. 6(1)(a)
Understanding which marketing channels and creatives drive interest Legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f)
Advertising measurement via the Meta (Facebook) Pixel Your consent — Art. 6(1)(a)
Preventing spam, abuse, and fraudulent signups Legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f)

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects, and we will not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies and tracking

Meta (Facebook) Pixel. If you arrive from a Meta advertisement, the Meta Pixel may set advertising cookies to measure ad performance and attribute signups to campaigns. You can control or opt out of this through your Meta ad preferences, your browser’s cookie settings, or industry opt-out tools such as YourAdChoices.

Cloudflare Web Analytics. We use Cloudflare’s privacy-first analytics, which measures aggregate traffic without using cookies or collecting personal data for cross-site tracking.

5. Who we share data with

We use the following service providers (processors), who handle data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, database storage (Cloudflare D1), and analytics.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising and the Meta Pixel.

We share your data with these providers only to the extent necessary to operate the waitlist and our advertising. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

6. International transfers

Our providers (Cloudflare and Meta) are based in the United States and may process your data there. Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the providers’ certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

7. How long we keep your data

We retain waitlist signups until enrollment for the relevant program has launched and we have contacted you, or until you ask us to delete your data — whichever comes first. If the program does not launch, we will delete waitlist data no later than 24 months after collection. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restrict or object to how we process your data.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing done before withdrawal).

To exercise any of these rights, email pavknsk@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message we send.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.cz).

9. Children

This website and waitlist are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the program evolves. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be communicated by email where appropriate.
